The following services are included in the "price per night" (starting from € 210) for the whole apartment:

• A welcome from the staff

  on your arrival one of our staff will be on hand to lead from the vaporetto stop to your booked apartment. (on request a private water-taxi may be reserved; the taxi charge is to be paid by the client)

• Breakfast

  Magica Venezia will ensure your apartment is stocked with everything you need to make an Italian breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, biscuit slices, butter, jam, croissants, fizzy and still mineral water, etc. only for the first morning.

• Cleaning, bed linen and towel change

  bed linen and towel change along with cleaning will be performed before you arrival and on the third day and at the end of your stay; moreover, these services are available to you daily for a low extra fee

• Fast speed wi-fi internet connection.

• Our kitchens are equipped with all you need to cook your own meals, "should you wish so".
• Assistance available for all needs related to the building and your stay in Venice (cots, restaurant booking, information and places available for events, festivals, visits to islands and museums and the like ...).
